JC is an incredible mixologist and very talented, hospitable person. I do not drink alcohol anymore, and he was just as excited to create an NA drink for me — hints of basil and cucumber and spiced pear, so good. He shared all about the different very unique drinks he's created, everything from a Waldorf salad martini to drinks with broth in it. If you're adventurous, let him create something for you.

I won't describe as to not give it away. Only regret was finding this gem at the END of our trip vs the beginning. Must do if you like cocktails and experiences.
I got a winter forest inspired drink with berries and herbs — all the flavors went well together, really balanced and tasty. The cocktails and overall vibe here is unmatched. It is truly a must-visit when in Breckenridge. I can't wait to come back!

We were greeted with a welcome sip, escorted through the heart-of-house corridors, and passed through a secret door into a well-curated, classic speakeasy. Each bartender listened to our drink preferences and took bold, yet calculated risk while concocting a unique cocktail just for us. Intimate and very enjoyable.
